Antonio of Venice breezed on Thursday working 5 furlongs on the dirt in 1:00.45 over the Belmont Park Training Track. That work was 1 of 10 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. He said, "He worked well. I'm probably going to enter him to the $50,000 B race next week."
Rudy will breeze Antonio of Venice on a 7-day breeze schedule preparing him for his next race which could be the $50,000 Claiming B race going 7 furlongs at Aqueduct on February 14.
